Rainbow Wraps


  • 2 Tortilla wraps
  • 100g Hummus
  • 1 Carrot
  • 50g Sweetcorn
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Avocado


  • Grate the carrot and stir it through the hummus. Spread this on your wrap.
  • Add the sweetcorn, sliced tomato and sliced avocado to the wrap and fold it up.
  • Serve.

Try different fillings trying to get as many different colours as you can!
