Ham and Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients

  • 150g Pasta
  • 150g Cream cheese
  • 4 Spring onion
  • 80g Ham
  • ½ Head of broccoli
  • 60g Grated cheddar
    Extra grated cheese to serve.

Method

  • Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta following pack instructions, adding the broccoli florets to the pan for the final 4 mins.
  • Keep one tablespoon of pasta water and drain the rest.
  • Put the pasta and broccoli back in the pan and stir through the spring onion, cream cheese, grated cheese and ham and spoonful of pasta water.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes and then serve with some grated cheese on top.
