Ham and Broccoli Pasta
- 150g Pasta
- 150g Cream cheese
- 4 Spring onion
- 80g Ham
- ½ Head of broccoli
- 60g Grated cheddar
Extra grated cheese to serve.
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta following pack instructions, adding the broccoli florets to the pan for the final 4 mins.
- Keep one tablespoon of pasta water and drain the rest.
- Put the pasta and broccoli back in the pan and stir through the spring onion, cream cheese, grated cheese and ham and spoonful of pasta water.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes and then serve with some grated cheese on top.
