Watermelon Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 Watermelon
- Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
- Fruit of your choice – Berries, Apple, Banana etc.
Method:
Step 1: Slice the watermelon at the widest part. Lay flat on a plate and cover with a thin layer of the natural yoghurt.
Step 2: Add you chosen fruit on top, slicing any larger pieces of fruit into smaller pieces.
