Overnight Oats

Serves 4

Strapped for time? Try this overnight oat recipe for a dash out the door or eat in the office. You can add whatever you like to it as well, making it versatile. Using yoghurt and skimmed milk increases calcium and protein intake, plus keeps you fuller for longer.

 

Ingredients:

150g of rolled oats

375g reduced fat greek yoghurt

375ml of skimmed milk

 

Method:

  1. Place oats, yoghurt and milk in an airtight container.
  2. Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, divide the oats among 4 bowls.
  4. Add any toppings of your choice and serve.
