Frozen Yoghurt Bark
Ingredients:
- Large tub of Low-Fat Plain Yoghurt
- Lemon/Lime Zest
- Mashed Fruits of your choice e.g. Strawberries or Raspberries
- Fruit of your choice e.g. Berries, Kiwi, Grapes
- Nuts
- Seeds
Method:
STEP 1: Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
STEP 2: Spread the yoghurt over the parchment paper. Zest a lemon or lime over the yoghurt.
STEP 3: Drizzle over some mashed fruits and swirl into the yoghurt using the handle end of a spoon.
STEP 4: Add your chosen fruit on top along with some nuts and seeds.
STEP 5: Freeze for at least 4 hours.
To serve, take the bark out of the freezer and using a large sharp knife, roughly cut it into chunks.
