Banana Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 Ripe Banana
- ½ cup Oats
- ½ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Low-Fat Yoghurt
Method:
STEP 1: In a large mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork. Stir in the oats, milk and yoghurt.
STEP 2: Separate the oat mixture into two bowls and cover with clingfilm.
STEP 3: Refrigerate overnight.
STEP 4: In the morning, top with your choice of fruit and nuts/seeds and serve.
